About the Founder - Kate O’Keeffe
I'm Kate, an executive coach, former Managing Director, and the founder of Alma Studio. Before moving into coaching, I spent nearly 20 years in digital media and marketing, most recently as Managing Director of a media agency in London, leading teams across Europe.
I know what it feels like to be ambitious, and lead at a senior level. That lived experience is at the heart of how I coach; creating a space where leaders can step back, gain clarity, and reconnect with who they are and how they want to lead.
I work with a small number of clients at any one time, ensuring every engagement receives the depth and attention it deserves.
Alma Studio
Alma means soul in Spanish & Italian, nourishing in Latin, and wise in Arabic. It is the word that holds everything this practice is built around; coaching that goes deeper than skills and strategy, it encompasses the whole person and all that they bring to leadership in their own way.
